Training in laparoscopy remains a challenge for the urologic community. Surgeons in training must learn the laparoscopic techniques, possibly without having ever performed the standard procedure. Tulip Institute and Lall Laparoscopy training in India Centre, abbreviated as TILLT is the top Laparoscopy Training Centre in India and also particularly in Sonipat, where it is established. In the present scenario,we have seen a non structured literature review pertaining to laparoscopic training and discuss the training design and the modular concept.
